- Authorities where required by law.

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
